Quality processes and practices in Sun Smart Systems include organization and management, engineering, support, control, audit and are tailored according to the project and customer-specific needs. This flexibility allows us to give the right answer to projects with different natures and criticality levels.

The QMS improvement is implemented in a continuous basis and triggered by feedback from our customers in accordance with international standards and practices of software engineering, such as CMMI Models, ISO 15504 – Process Assessment (also known as SPICE – Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination), ISO 12207 – Software Life Cycles.
